All coaching engagements are bespoke and tailored to your needs.
First, we have an initial conversation
to get to know each other a little bit and
to discuss what's on your agenda. Socratic Coaching will then suggest the next step(s).
In our experience, new coaching clients, unsure of the process, will generally only commit to a short engagement, maybe 4-6 sessions. That short engagement often suffices, though, having seen the value added, many clients seek extended engagement to work through a broader agenda.

How does Socratic Coaching engage with clients?
We use the Socratic Coaching Framework which consists of six pillars, namely,
1. Context; 2. Vision; 3. Planning;
4. Implementation; 5. Accountability; 6. Results;
to help client's deliver on their agenda.
The Framework provides a scaffold which facilitates client progress and ultimately, client success. In our experience, each pillar is required to achieve the results the clients' desire. Pillars 1 to 3 are addressed at the outset of an engagement whilst pillars 4 to 6 are when the client starts to make the transformation they have identified.
Depending upon the client's agenda, stepping through each pillar may take a shorter or longer period of time - each client has their own needs with each engagement tailored to those specific needs and therefore, we don't prescribe time limits. Rest assured though; we look to achieve results in as fast a time possible.
